What we collect
We collect your name, phone, email, location and message when you use our website enquiry form, a Facebook or Instagram lead form, or a TikTok lead form, or when you call, WhatsApp or email us. With your consent, we also use cookies from Google Ads and Google Analytics, which you control through our cookie banner.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and to call or WhatsApp you about a quote (contract steps, Art 6(1)(b) GDPR). We also use them to run and improve our service (legitimate interests, Art 6(1)(f)), to keep records required by law (Art 6(1)(c)), and for cookies you consent to (Art 6(1)(a)). We never sell your data or send you unsolicited marketing.
Who sees it
Enquiries are handled by a member of our team. We may share your details with trusted service providers who help us manage enquiries, such as CRM or scheduling tools, and with our accountant, website hosting, email, Meta, TikTok and Google. Any transfer outside the EEA is protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't go ahead: 24 months
- Customer records: 10 years, to cover your guarantee
- Tax and accounting records: 6 years
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Email us and we'll reply within one month. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (www.dataprotection.ie).

We keep your data secure. If we update this policy, the latest version will always be on this page.
